ISSN:2972-4201 Annotation This article examines the historical path of symphonic music development in the Asia-Pacific region, using the development of symphonic music in the People's Republic of China as an example. It covers aspects of the stages of development of Chinese symphonic music; the formation of Chinese symphonic music; the practice of introducing symphonic music into Chinese culture; the influence of the Cultural Revolution and the vertical integration of symphonic music into the national Beijing Opera; the history of the first symphony orchestras and the role of conductors in shaping the repertoire of Chinese symphony orchestras; biographies of some representatives of symphonic culture in China who were at the origins of the development.  Memory and the imagination of humanity in space and time. Annotation This article discusses the inscription of "Beijing Central Axis" in the UNESCO cultural heritage list. On July 27, 2024, at the 46th session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, "China - Beijing Central Axis" was inscribed on the list of World Cultural Heritage Sites, and I believe this is a very wise and meaningful decision.
